Go foraging in the largest land biome: the boreal forest. Meet up at our field kitchen, and learn about 10-20 species of wild edible plant and fungus, with a focus on their culinary use in the home kitchen. This walk is on private land (ours) and picking plants and mushrooms is welcome. For those keen on the best chance at morels, the past two years they've been up on our early June walks in this location (not a promise, of course).
